We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Summer Camp Manager in North Adams. As a Full-Time, Monday thru Friday Summer Camp Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our summer camp program, ensuring the safety and well-being of campers, and providing a fun and engaging experience for all participants.

Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive summer camp program that meets the needs and interests of campers
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise camp staff
- Create and maintain a safe and positive camp environment
- Plan and organize camp activities, field trips, and special events
- Manage camp budget and ensure efficient use of resources
- Communicate regularly with parents, campers, and staff to provide updates and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to camp operations
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, recreation, or related field
- Previous experience working in a summer camp setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
