Responsibilities:

• Oversee Individual Support Plans for assigned individuals in residences.Thisincludes if changes in ISP objectives are made, assist in the development of newimplementation strategies, completingnew data sheets, and trainingstaff on teachingmethods. Help support communitymembership and to promote individuals havingrelationships with members of their community.
• Developandimplementteachingactivities in residences to assistindividuals in theirpersonalgrowth.
• Advocate on behalf of assignedindividualsand to be responsible for knowingwhat ishappeningin allareas of anindividual’slife.
• PerformIndividual SatisfactionSurveyat thetimeofthe AnnualISPreview forassignedindividuals.
