Responsibilities

The Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to the organization by executing the duties and tasks associated with full life cycle talent identification, sourcing, recruiting and assessment for one or more WRB companies. This includes sourcing, screening, recommending candidates for open or anticipated positions, assisting with interview scheduling coordination and final candidate selection, offer creation, offer negotiations and discussions, and pre and post onboarding activities.

The duration of the assignment will be approximately 12 weeks beginning in late February. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fifteen years professional and executive level full life cycle recruiting experience in P & C insurance industry required.
• Creative sourcing and exceptional workflow processing skills.
• Previous experience recruiting at large, complex insurance organizations requiring regular interaction with multiple operating units.
• Advanced communication skills with emphasis on interfacing effectively with Executive level candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work across the organization to achieve recruiting results.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking system such as iCIMS.
• Ability to manage and influence in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information exhibited at all times.
• Ability to make decisions incorporating diverse perspectives.

Hourly range: $25.00-$45.00/hour
