```Job Overview```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

```Duties```
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the Toast POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments using the POS system

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience working in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
