WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform light service onsite at the guest's home or work including Ford recalls, installing special order parts, and multi point inspections
• Create a video inspection of the vehicle to share with the guest highlighting the diagnostic work and any additional service/part recommendations
• Properly document paperwork for repairs and services performed - accurately follow the check-in and check-out process including documenting vehicle condition, and mileage.Schedule: Monday-Friday shifts ranging 7:00 am to 6:00 pmPay ranges $50,000-60,000/year based on an annual salary plus performance bonus

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• ASE Certifications are preferred, not required
• Degree in Automotive Technology OR experience as an Automotive Technician is required - Ford experience is a plus!
• Valid driver's license with a reputable record is required
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Active listening skills
• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
