WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accurately diagnose and repair the vehicle to meet Bergstrom standards
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings
• Produce flat rate hours at 120% efficiency or better
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to Service Advisors
• Safely test driving guest vehicles before and after repairsSchedule: Rotating by week: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, then reset. Pay: Flat rate pay structure with an earning potential of $100,000 dependent on experience and productivity.

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• ASE Certifications are preferred
• Valid driver's license with a reputable record is required
• BMW Certification through the BMW Technician STEP program is required
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Active listening skills
• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
