RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish by accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer phone and electronic orders.
• Locate or order parts based on the customer's needs.
• Complete special order part request for wholesale and retail customers.
• Communicate with the customer and keep them up to date on the status of their order.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help maintain and nurture customer relationships.
• Generate invoices for pickup, delivery or shipping to our customers.
• Process any returns or warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of Wholesale Parts experience.
• CDK/ADP experience preferred.
• Experience with OEC, OPS, CCC helpful.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
