We are now hiring an Automotive Parts Specialist at The Parts Connection!

It’s exciting to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing. We are committed to bringing a new sales approach to the automotive parts store industry. The Parts Connection, Inc. is a state of the art retail/wholesale automotive parts store in the Hollins area of Roanoke County.

The Parts Connection, Inc. is a division of Blue Ridge Color Company, Inc., a distributor of automotive collision repair supplies headquartered in Roanoke, VA. We have distribution centers in VA, TN, SC, and NC.

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the automotive parts industry
  • Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up specific parts
  • Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in its respective areas
  • Inventory management
  • Excellent customer service by understanding and fulfilling the customer needs
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Valid and clean Driver’s License
  • Hours of work are 8AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday
  • No weekends

Hiring Requirements:

  • Applicant must pass a criminal background check
  • Pre-hire drug screening
