Location: Bergey's Heavy Duty Truck Parts Warehouse, Telford PA

Pay: $18 to $22 / hour based on experience

Shift: Full Time Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed

Summary: Managing customer and branch core returns

Essential Duties:

• Run daily core reports
• Assist individual branches with core returns and processes
• Receive cores returned from branches onto inventory
• Verify correct parts received
• Identify cores not returned from the return PO and communicate with the branch
• Notify branches of unacceptable cores and return them back to branch

• Check in all cores from Telford front counter area and delivery area
• Process OEM/supplier core returns following core return procedure
• Determine core eligibility to determine where the core needs to be sent

• Create return PO for cores to the correct OEM/supplier core account
• Load total return dollar amount in core return summary spreadsheet
• Process bill of lading and ship product per OEM/supplier instructions

• Assist in reconciling OEM/supplier core returns
• Assist in reconciling OEM/supplier core return credits
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving license and successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Education and or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
