$62,000-$65,000/annually, up to 12% annual bonus, monthly renewal bonus, occupancy bonus, leasing commissions, and benefits..

Location: Berger North - Bensalem, Dublin, New Britain, Southampton, Willow Grove, and Allentown, PA.

Minimum Experience: Two years of property management experience, high school diploma or GED.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Regional Support Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Supports on-site teams in training needs. 
• Resource to the on-site teams for system functions and opportunities.
• Providing coverage for office team members as directed by RPM.
• Monitor regional lease compliance and address opportunities.
• Monitors and reviews market survey. 
• Audit lead management system 
• Recommend, monitor, and communicate status of occupancy goals. 
• Conduct all leasing overrides as needed. 
• Review commission reports and compare to property management software to confirm eligibility. 
• Review advertising and social media. 
• Act as regional SharePoint Coordinator.
• Review and audit accounts payable.
• Plan miscellaneous events and projects, as needed.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. 
• Experience with property management software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Passion for continuous learning
