Assist in overseeing the operations of the school transportation program to support and ensure efficient transportation, district vehicle fleet management and communications services.

Requirements:

• The Transportation Foreman should have a Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B with P & S Endorsement
• The Transportation Foreman should have a Minimum of three years of previous safe driving experience
• The Transportation Foreman should have the Mechanical aptitude to diagnose minor problems and make appropriate repairs
• The Transportation Foreman should have Experience in vehicle routing and scheduling, operations, and safety training
• The Transportation Foreman should be able to Demonstrate skills in personal management, interaction management and effectively communicate with students, staff, parents, administration and other community members

• - The Transportation Foreman should be able to Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints

• - The Transportation Foreman should be able to Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety protocols, and compliance with regulations

• - The Transportation Foreman should be able to Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards

• - The Transportation Foreman should be able to Provide guidance and support to team members
