Bergen County Law Office seeks Experienced Legal Part Time Receptionist/Office Assistant for immediate hire.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for answering phones, routing calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages with accuracy.
• Greet visitors and clients as the arrive to the office
• Scheduling meetings and updating calendar
• Provide support to attorney, paralegal, and office manager, to ensure smooth operation of the office’s daily operation.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as drafting letters, scanning and filing of documents, creating client files.
• Works well independently in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficient in using PC, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word,

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of Law Office experience
• Must have professional appearance and positive demeanor
• Experience working with high net worth clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Respect for confidentiality and discretion
• Solid Work Ethic, Organized and Dependable
• Able to handle feedback, coachable
