Berg Enterprises is seeking experienced field leaders with extensive HVAC/mechanical knowledge to join our commercial construction team. Our crews travel to project sites throughout the country. A large volume of our work is located in southern AZ, but we also have active work opportunities throughout the rest of AZ, TX, OK, NM, and FL. Much of our commercial work is federal, so employees have the opportunity to earn prevailing wages based on their location.

Essential Tasks of a Berg Foreman

1. Complete Projects as Assigned

2. Lead Crew

   • Set the example

   • Direct all work within Berg’s scope on assigned projects

   • Supervise

3. Communicate

   • With crew members

   • With Berg's support personnel in the office

   • With customers, including owners and general contractors

   • With vendors, partners, and subcontractors

4. Ensure Crew Welfare

   • Teach, coach, and mentor crew members 

   • Ensure the health and safety of crew members
