JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Manufacturing Engineer develops processes and provides direction and assistance to his work group to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and solve manufacturing problems through immediate well-founded actions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing and assembly methods, utilizing knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling, and fixture design and production equipment capabilities. This activity covers all phases of machining, finishing, and assembly.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist cross-functional support teams consisting of Quality Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Buyer/Planners, Maintenance, and Manufacturing by the following:
