We are seeking individuals to join our team in our mission of making the finest gourmet confections!

• We offer competitive starting wages with pay increases at 30 days, 90 days, 180 days and annually. Additional increases are given based on successful completion of training on different tasks - if you are a rockstar, you could get an increase within a couple weeks of beginning work.
• Paid weekly.
• Monthly hourly bonus.
• Set hours: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. -6:00 p.m. - Monday - Friday
• We pay 100% of the insurance premium for medical, dental, and vision for our employees working 30 or more hours per week
• All hourly employee accrue paid time off. We offer 8 paid holidays annually.
• After 6 months of employment and working 1,000 hours, you are eligible for our 401k plan - we match 4%!
• On the job training provided for a vast variety of tasks required to produce, prepare for packaging, and packaging our gourmet caramel
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Must be able to work occasional Saturday's
