Job purpose

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager with strong technical skills and a service-oriented approach to lead our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, support services, and security of our company. You will ensure that our IT systems are up-to-date, secure, and aligned with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals and providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success. This role will cover 50% hands on and 50% leadership. It’s a great opportunity for candidates who are willing to build an IT team and IT Organisation, be a key person who will drive the changes and influence how IT will look like.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
• Oversee the management of IT service delivery and support
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data
• Manage and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Manage and develop IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
• Develop and manage IT budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Continuously assess and improve IT performance and effectiveness
• Providing KPIs reports/Dashboard
• Provide Technical IT Support 

Must have

• Strong Customer service skills.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications ( G Suite/Office365/Intune/AAD/Intune/MAC/)
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Good understanding of the Service Operation space, covering Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management.
• Ability to prioritize under pressure and apply procedures.
• Fluent in English
