BEPC Inc is seeking a Technical Support Representative Marlborough MA area!
W2 contract: 6-months w/ possible opportunity based on business needs and performance
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance
Pay Rate: $28-36/hour. Please note that the actual rate will be determined by the manager after the interview if an offer is made.
Schedule:
  • Typical shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (excluding holidays).
  • open to all US time zones, but must be able to work between the hours of 7am - 7pm EST.
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide exceptional technical support and service to customers for our Surgical Portfolio. This is a remote position open to candidates in all US time zones, with a requirement to work between the hours of 7am - 7pm EST. The position is initially for a 6-month term to backfill for another department. Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and service to customers via phone and email for our Surgical Portfolio.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems using remote diagnostic tools.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality support to both external and internal customers.
  • Take ownership of reported issues, demonstrate empathy, and manage them through to completion.
  • Document, track, and manage all support requests, communications, and actions in the Complaint Management System (SalesForce, Oracle).
  • Follow established support processes and best practices to ensure compliance and positive customer experiences.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all customer requests, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Utilize the Knowledge Base (KB) for research during problem resolution and contribute to its growth.
  • Stay current with product knowledge through training and self-study.
  • Escalate service issues and concerns to management when necessary.
  • Identify and embrace opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to the company's quality and regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Working experience or knowledge of customer support processes and best practices.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Technologies:
  • Proficiency in support tools such as CMS (SalesForce), Box, Agile, and Oracle systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent working experience.
