This critical project management role will help lead MOS that will allow meeting goals when it comes to source changes, while upholding the compliance measures in place. In addition to establishing the MOS, this position will largely focus on process improvements to ensure the team is driving for cycle time reduction within all processes involved. This position involves frequent interactions with leaders and stakeholders from functions such as Sourcing Readiness, SBT, Value Engineering, Procurement etc.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Executing ISC-led supply chain transitions due diligence activities to ensure compliance with global legal, contractual, and compliance obligations.
• Coordinating with both ISC transitions program managers and relevant cross-functional compliance subject matter experts (e.g., Government Finance Compliance, Sourcing Compliance, Corporate Compliance, etc.)
• Supporting continuous improvement opportunities, including due diligence training, enhancements to the Diligence Assessment Tracking Tool (DATT), and process streamlining.
• Drive and execute new initiatives.
• Influence functional stakeholders.
• Support the MOS.
• Metrics improvement.
• Support Integrated Supply Chain sites.
• Work with the factory team.
• On time delivery of projects
• Manage data and report.
• Support to manage escalation.
• Performs a variety of tasks.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree
• 1 years of experience in supply chain or engineering, with preference for experience relating to supply chain transitions.
• Communication skills, written and oral.
• Detail Orientated.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
• Process-improvement and self-motivated individual.
• Able to prioritize work and coordinate tasks simultaneously.

• Prior experience with SAP and Team Center.
