We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for high end cabinetry sales.

```Duties```
-As an independents sales representative, your goal is to develop relationships with architects and designers as well as individual clients and promote the Benvenuti and Stein custom cabinet products. We specialize in high end residential kitchens, baths, library, wall systems etc. and the installation there of. The compensation will be based on a percentage of sales equal to 8% with any other benefits negotiable based on the individuals experience and qualifications.

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of motivation and work independently
- Strong account management skills
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and negotiate contracts
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic math skills for calculating quotes, pricing, and commissions
