Located in Exton, PA, Aavalar is expanding its sales team and looking to hire a full-time Staffing Sales Representative. The successful candidate will communicate our value to senior executives in mid-size and Fortune 500 companies and will sell to new businesses, manage, and nurture existing client accounts.
(Note: this is a key internal Aavalar position; not an outside client opportunity)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, contact, and develop viable business accounts in order to create new business revenue.
  • Penetrate client accounts by leveraging internal relationships to get additional business and grow the accounts.
  • Participate in weekly business development reviews with the Executives and entire Talent Management team.
  • Work effectively with the Talent Management team to provide necessary information to find top talent for our customers.
  • Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control, and development of new business.
  • Network and represent Aavalar at industry and local/regional events.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and the ability to drive the sales process within assigned markets.
  • Ability to comfortably communicate with both senior executives and individual contributors.
  • Able to demonstrate effective time management and task prioritization when under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience, Personality and Background :
  • Experience in environments where winning and teamwork are essential.
  • Love of networking with other professionals.
  • Tenacious, never quit attitude.
  • Ability to work fast and efficiently to identify qualified buyers.
  • Must be Internet savvy and have strong MS Office skills.
  • Must possess a strong sense of customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a high attention to detail and possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based business.
  • Ability to multi-task… This is important. There’s never a dull moment and the successful candidate will need to be able to juggle a lot of projects at any given time.
What would put you ahead of the pack?:
  • While we are definitely not opposed to considering folks with zero experience in our domain, 1-2 years of experience in staffing/staff augmentation/consulting sales could be a good thing.
  • Candidates with team experience like college athletes and military veterans work well in our environment.
Salary and Benefits:
This position is compensated under a competitive base salary plus commission structure with uncapped earning potential. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a comprehensive health/medical plan, paid time off, dental and vision plans and 401(k) retirement plan.
