Requirements

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pertinent logistics / transportation experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience of at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in MS Office, logistics software, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, C-TPAT, and transportation operations.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field (or Associate's degree with 4 years' experience in logistics / operations) Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management roles Proficiency in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.

and reporting tools Knowledge of transportation fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT Strong multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance
