We are in search of hard working candidates to add to our team. All applying must possess the following: Hard working, kitchen experience, culinary education is a plus, reliable transportation,
Willing to work nights and weekends, works well in a team environment, good communication skills, must be able to work in a fast paced kitchen, can multi task.
Schedule Tuesday thru Sunday
Days, Nights and Weekends
Pay 15.00 to 20.00 per hour depending on experience
Experience minimum 2 years as Head Cook
Responsibilities:
Set up workstation
Food Prep, Cutting cheese and meats, slicing of vegetables ect.
Plate presentation
New menu ideas for weekly specials
Keep an orderly and Sanitized Kitchen
Proper food storage and labeling of items
Put orders together for food purveyors
Skills:
Proven experience as a Head Cook
Experience using various cooking equipment
Experience following Sanitation Procedures
Knowledge of various cooking procedures
Diploma from a culinary school will be a benefit
