Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell drink specials and promotions
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Proficient in operating cash registers and performing retail math calculations
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
