Description

Overview:

This position will report to the Hours of Service and Tracking Technology Manager. Will be responsible for daily tasks to support Ace Doran Drivers and agents in Electronic Logging Devices and technology related areas. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to handling driver calls for assistance with ELD's and or phone/ tablets.

Duties:

• Troubleshoot and support with drivers having a variety of issues with iOS or Android based devices via telephone and in person.
• Run reports to identify drivers that may have issues with dash cams, boxes, driver logs, or other equipment.
• Set up new drivers and vehicles in Keep Trucking.
• Order and maintain stock of Dash Camera's, ELD's, and other supplies.
• Learn basic FMCSA regulations for Hours of Service.
• Facilitate trainings and other Driver Orientations classes.
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills a must.
• Must possess a desire to help others.
• Great knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
• FMCSA knowledge as plus.
