Description
The Director of Sales is responsible for BOSS sales force's individual and company budgets, targets, KPI'S and day to day activities . Additional Responsibilities include review of proposals and ensuring pricing is consistent and up to date with company expectations. Position will have financial accountability for the sales force and will take direction from the President and Executive Vice President.
Qualifications
- 5 years as a Senior Level Operations Manager.
- Experience managing in a project related environment.
- Crane industry experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Experience leading a large team of people operating remotely.
- Strong logistics experience
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to lead a team of individuals in line with company objectives.
- Safety conscious mindset and strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
