Skills/Requirements
Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and other treatment areas, as appropriate
Records patient data prior to each physician visit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies and medication changes
Prepares and stocks exam/treatment rooms
Assists physician with exams and procedures as requested
Administers and properly documents injections
Maintains all exam/treatment room disinfection protocols
Processes instruments and equipment as needed
Answers, responds to and documents patient telephone calls
Schedules patient tests, procedures and appointments for follow-up care as needed
Arranges for pre-authorizations and pre-certifications as needed
Consistently displays excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude with providers, peers and administrative team.
Exhibits exemplary customer service skills on a daily basis.

Candidate must possess skills in all facets of back office including pediatrics, well child checks, gynecology, injections, EKG's, tympanograms and routine office lab tests, as well as office procedures. Clean/professional appearance is required

Must pass a background check.

Salary: From $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (DOE)
