Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is Hiring a PLUMBING COACH Near Levittown, PA
Duties Include
- Creating a training program for plumbing apprentices to work through towards getting in their own service truck
- Implement training sessions for technical aspects of plumbing (faucet rebuilds, diagnosing electric water heaters, etc.)
- Ride along with apprentices for "in-the-field" training
- Be a point of contact and resource for plumbers in the field with questions on service calls
- Hold individual meetings to address areas of improvement and strengths
- Keep a progress report for each individual that pertains to soft skills, technical skills, and overall attitude
- Create and foster a culture that emphasizes the importance of teamwork, positivity, and encouragement
