• Bachelor’s degree in social services, nonprofit management or resource management preferred and one (1) to two (2) years of proven experience in volunteer management and recruitment in non-profit organizations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to meet people with ease, communicate one-on-one and in group settings.
• Promote team building and experience in a leadership role required.
• Possess excellent written communication skills, time management, public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to be self-managed. Ability to meet deadlines, monitor and report team outcomes and goal analysis. 
• Proficient in Microsoft office software.
