Rate of Pay: $59,779 annually – Full Time 40 hrs a week - Salaried/Exempt position

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- 2 years of supervisory experience in social or health service setting
- Fingerprint clearance card, CPR/First Aid, AED, Food Manager’s Certification
Position Summary:
- The purpose of the position is to lead the Life Enrichment Program and assure program quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
- The Director of Life Enrichment leads the team in providing engaging person-directed programming which includes implementing relationship-based individualized programs, providing choices, and encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.
LOCATION: West Valley Enrichment Program-Peoria, AZ
Available shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
