National Benefit Funds Office is currently seeking a Collections Clerk.
This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Applying payments to shortages for the collected delinquencies
- Communicating with employers inquiring about or disputing delinquency letters
- Reviewing returned invoices
- Handling pending items for follow-up
Education / Skills
· Preferably, 4 year accounting degree
· Requires excellent communications skills when dealing with employers and locals
· Must be comfortable with Excel & Word
· Strong attention to detail is required
