• Ability to read, comprehend and follow work instructions
• Must be able to handle small parts
• Must have manual dexterity
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems and good problem-solving skills
• Must be dependable and have a good attendance and work ethic

Skills and hobbies that may relate to prep conformal coating :

Scrapbooking using tools such as scissors, tweezers, xacto knife, etc.

Use masking tape to prep model projects, model cars, model figures, etc.
