Growing construction contractor specializing in insulation installation and exterior remodeling and maintenance including carpentry, decks, siding, Windows, doors, and all aspects of home remodeling, seeks highly motivated individuals for full-time, year-round work. Previous experience a plus but we will train the right people to be part of our team. Training is provided to those who do not have experience or need to continue improving on current skills.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks to support the completion of projects on time and within budget.

Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the project begins
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the site
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety

-Ability to work from a ladder

-Ability to work in tight spaces

-Strong work ethic

-Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

-Valid driver's license and social security card

Compensation:

-Starting pay is $18.00 and up per hour, based on experience

-Transportation to job sites is available

-All tools provided. Having small hand tools and tool belt is helpful
