Beneficial Behavioral Health Services is a small business in operating in the behavioral health care space. We are professional, customer-centric and collaborative. The goal of our services is to reconnect and assist families that have been separated by CPS or the State of Nebraska, by providing support to families in need through our services.

Family Support Worker
Responsibilities of the job:
Successful candidates will provide parenting skills training with parents and their children for the purpose of keeping families together in their homes. The skills building training sessions will include: coaching, teaching, and role modeling in a family’s home or community-based setting.
This position is an excellent position for candidates who what to make a real difference in their community with families in need and or persons wanting to gain experience to become a Social Worker or Behavioral Health Therapist.
We subscribe to a person-centered philosophy. Therefore, we provide our services to children and families when they are available which is typically day time hours for younger children and afternoons, evenings and weekends for school aged children and their families.
Required work experience:
At a minimum, a candidate needs to have at least two years of job-related or lived experience in any combination of the following:
Note: Experience requirement is waived if candidate possesses a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Early childhood Development, or a related field.
