At Benedictus Group, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and visitors. We’re looking for an experienced security professional to join our team as a security site supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our premises, as well as the people and property on our grounds. You will be responsible for supervising a team of security guards, as well as developing and implementing security protocols and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating any incidents that occur on our premises.
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience working in security, as well as experience supervising a team. He or she will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have the ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure.

Communication skills: Security site supervisors must be able to communicate effectively with their team members and clients. They must be able to explain security procedures and regulations to their team members and ensure that everyone understands their duties and responsibilities. They must also be able to communicate with clients to ensure that they understand the security measures in place and that the site is secure.
Technical knowledge: Security site supervisors need to have a basic understanding of the technology and processes used in security systems. They need to be able to read and interpret security plans, check the functionality of security equipment and ensure that security systems are operating correctly. Security site supervisors also need to be familiar with the security industry and the latest security trends and technology.
Leadership: Security site supervisors often have strong leadership skills, which they use to guide their team and ensure that their company’s security measures are effective. They may also use leadership skills to train new security personnel and ensure that their team is following the company’s security protocols.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: 5 Years Experience as a Supervisor (Preferred)
Security: 5 Years (Preferred)
