Overview

People Development Coordinator provides coordination and departmental support to the People Development department.

Responsibilities

  • Provides coordination support to Human Resources/People Development on functional areas contributing to the department’s ability to maintain compliance and overall accuracy.
  • Participates in People Development projects as assigned.
    • Provides administrative direction and support for both the Annual Leadership and HR Conferences including participating in communications, pre-registration, and on-site registration during conferences.
    • Assists with acquisitions and divestitures as assigned to ensure a smooth transition by providing support to the process.
    • Participates in policy production, revision, and dissemination.
    • Supports the New Associate Welcome onboarding process.
    • Assist with data entry of HR Systems (Survey, Applicant Tracking, Human Capital Management, etc.
  • Coordinates the International RN recruitment program in partnership with the Director, Workforce Solutions.
  • Provides support to the People Development team to promote efficiency by relieving them of administrative detail.
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Post-secondary education
  • 1-3 years’ experience supporting Human Resources functional areas

Salary Range

$22.00 - $27.00
