POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for administrative duties involving shipping paperwork moving through the system in a timely and organized manner. Clerk processes the packaging and labeling of the finished product and verifies all information is accurate in accordance with the order.

RESPONSIBILITIE/DUTIES:

· Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using pre-designated software

· Ensure that serial and batch numbers match the product

· Prepare LTL bill of ladings

· Process and move orders in Pick Stage

· Assist Shipping Department in any administrative needs

· Respond and attend to external and internal email requests and inquires

· Organize and maintain shipping paperwork

· Respond to internal inquiries regarding the stages of the orders as they move through shipping

· Keep up any necessary reports or spreadsheets

· Maintain organization with Shipping documents and processes

· Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications/Education:

· Previous shipping experience

· Some forklift experience

· Knowledge of office equipment including computers and supporting word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and database applications (Outlook, Microsoft Word)

· Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contracted in the course of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
