We at Greystone Farm are looking for a compassionate HHA, LNA or CNA to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
What is our need : we are in need of 11-7 and 7-3 and per diem
Competitive Pay : based on experience
HHA Duties & Responsibilities :
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements
HHA Requirements :
- Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
- Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
- Willingness to learn!
