We at Orchard Valley at Wilbraham are looking for a compassionate CNA / HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
What is our need : Full-Time / Part-time 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm & 11 : 00p-7 : 00a
CNA Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements
CNA Requirements :
- Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
- Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
- Willingness to learn!
