Benchmark Electronics is Hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition Near Tempe, AZ

Summary:
In the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee a small team of permanent and contract recruiters. We are in the process of centralizing our Recruiting CoE (Center of Excellence) and this role will be essential in that process. The Talent Acquisition Manager will help strategize and execute on our requisition management, social media strategy, vendor partnerships, employee value proposition, ATS optimization and CoE ROI analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, coach, and manage a recruiting staff of around 10
  • Optimize ATS usage and a potential integration to new ATS
  • Strategize and manage digital media campaigns
  • Manage specific vendor relationships
  • Train and level up all TA process, staff, and functions
  • Instrumental in the global centralization of the Talent Acquisition team
Education / Experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Masters degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • ~5 years as a corporate recruiter
  • ~2 years as an agency recruiter
  • ~3 years as a Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Experience centralizing a TA function
  • Experience Integrating ATS
  • Budget Management
  • Bias towards action
  • Experience working in HR at a multinational, publicly traded manufacturing company is a plus
Skills
  • ATS optimization and usage is essential
  • Strong Excel skills required for pulling reports and filtering data
  • Executive communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media campaigns for TA advertisements
  • Strong ability to communicate ROIs and metrics
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management
  • Excellent proof-reading abilities
  • Strong communication
  • Strong understanding of requisition management and recruiting best practices
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition legalese
Abilities
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to five pounds for 5% or less of the workday
  • Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 5% or less of the workday
  • Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, and reason
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
Education:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Masters degree preferred or equivalent experience

Location: Tempe, AZ - Headquarters; Hybrid, out of Phoenix, AZ (two days a week in the Tempe Global Headquarters)

Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm
