Benbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation is Hiring a RN Weekend Supervisor Near Fort Worth, TX
Currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor. As a Weekend Supervisor RN, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of quality care to our residents during the weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading the nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring the provision of excellent patient care.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Assessing residents' conditions and monitoring their vital signs.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Providing guidance and support to the nursing staff, including training and mentoring.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Handling any emergencies or critical situations that may arise during the weekend shifts.
- Documenting residents' progress and maintaining accurate medical records.
Requirements:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or multistate license.
- Preferred experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make critical decisions and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Availability to work weekend shifts.
