With a client footprint already in the local market, our client is seeking to expand their presence from Central Texas into the central Houston area.

Your Role: As a pivotal player in our strategic expansion, you'll:

• Deliver exceptional client service, overseeing business and individual tax engagements with a keen focus on business returns (1120S, 1065) and associated individual 1040 returns.
• Advise clients on critical business decisions to foster growth and success.
• Build strong, reliable relationships both with clients and within our team.
• Manage risk and lead projects with a hands-on approach.
• Contribute to hiring, training, and mentoring initiatives to cultivate a thriving professional community.
• Collaborate closely with senior and executive leadership to drive the firm's strategic vision and growth in the Houston market.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
• At least seven (7) years of recent public accounting experience, with a deep understanding of complex tax issues, especially in partnership taxation.
• CPA, EA or JD designation required
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and complex partnerships and S-Corp businesses.
• A proven track record of professional accomplishments and career growth.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Houston area.
