Ben's Collision & Customs is Hiring an Auto Body Painter Near Springfield, MO

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Painter. You are responsible for painting vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities:
- Proficient at color matching and color mixing
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and prime
- Apply paint using paint spraying equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Painter
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment common in auto body repair
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills

Ben’s Collision & Customs has been in business for 21 years and we pride our business on the lax “Mom and Pop Shop” feel. We are looking to expand our staff to meet the increasing industry demand. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm and welcome any applicant to come in and meet with us.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
