Responsibilities

• Handle new claims for our current customers. You would be the claims specialist for the office which is a very important role to the agency.
• Follow-up on existing claims to make sure customer reaches a fair and timely settlement.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Enjoy helping customers with protecting their financial future.

Requirements

• At least one year of insurance experience.
• Dedicated to remarkable customer service
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Able to learn computer functions with Outlook and more
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to work in a team environment
