Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead Management
● Respond to and manage incoming leads from various channels such as online portals, social media, and direct inquiries.
● Use CRM software to organize, track, and follow up on leads to ensure efficient lead conversion.
● Engage in active listening to uncover client needs and assess the potential for further engagement.
● Connect leads, once qualified, to a Showing Agent or Team Member Real Estate Associate to begin their home buying/selling journey

Client Interaction
● Conduct initial contact calls to establish client relationships and gather key information.
● Schedule appointments for clients with Team Member Real Estate Associates, ensuring a seamless transition into the sales process.
● Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to keep them engaged and informed.
● Conduct Zoom Buyer Consultations with clients to qualify, educate, and begin their home buying process.

Qualifications:
● Personal Computer (desktop or laptop) required and access to Wi-fi
● Proven experience in the real estate industry, or a similar sales-driven environment
● Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive conversation
● Proficiency in using CRM software and handling multiple communication channels
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
● High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus
● Experience in a customer-facing role

Location: In Office / Part Time Remote
Work Schedule: 11-7pm EST - Monday - Friday, 2 Saturdays a Month

Compensation: Starting range for Base Salary - $40,000 - $50,000. Bonuses provided based on appointments set that convert to closed transactions.
