If so I have an opportunity for 5 local residents. Our award-winning real estate team is looking to onboard 5 sales professionals. If you are not already licensed don't worry we will cover the cost of your real estate school!

This is an extremely rewarding career that pays exponentially if you follow our model and do the right activities! The top new agents in our organization consistently close between 24 and 75 homes in their first full calendar year on the team. Contrast that with the national agent average of 10 to 12 deals per year after a decade in the industry!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and escrow companies
• Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements and lease documents

• Compile lists of real estate properties with details regarding their location, square footage and features
• Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements
• Utilize a network of mortgage lenders, contractors and legal attorneys to whom you can refer clients
• Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients
