It is also important that the candidate has a creative mind with fresh ideas on growing a business with positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.To implement and manage the retail operations of our busy New Jersey (potentially assist for Florida/CT other territories) catering business under the Chief Administrator & Catering Manager to include the planning, operations, equipment maintenance, marketing, and customer satisfaction.To ensure that the development and implementation of all systems fully support and comply with all franchise operating systems (square, salesforce, etc.).To ensure the proper hands-on training support is provided to catering staff members. Training that focuses on daily operations, customer relations, staff orientation and cleanliness.Prep before and after events, attend events to help ensure operational excellence, motivate, and train new staff (Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures) Establish a motivating work environment that actively encourages and supports employee involvement with an eye towards possible job advancement that is aligned with individual goals.Supervise the implementation of all catering policies and procedures. Supervise and organize the tasks needed to maintain the overall operations including catering equipment & staff appearance, customer service, cleanliness, compliance with all safety and operating standards, merchandising and promotional execution. Leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.Must be willing to work outside in heat & move lift, push, pull, carry, and place objects approximately 25 /- lbs.
