Ben Bridge Jeweler's store in The Oaks is seeking a Store Office Support and Receiver to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication and organizational skills, as well as fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience.

Job Description Summary:
The receiver processes all incoming inventory from multiple jewelry and watch brands. This person will input merchandise information into the system and audit all receipts for accuracy. This is a fast-past, high-volume position. This person must be organized and will be in frequent contact with the buying departmenst and accounting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Accurately receiving into the system all incoming new orders.
• Following up with watch department on incomplete or incorrect orders.
• Ticketing watches.
• Researching issues related to receiving.
• Verifying pricing.
• Monthly review of inventory for accuracy.
• Working closely with the buying department and store manager to prioritize shipments.
• Other duties as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to retain composure and flexibility while under pressure.
• Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
• Ability to prioritize shipments.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must be comfortable dealing with and complying with standards of prestige brands.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
