Currently seeking a BILINGUAL Leasing Agent for temp assignment at apartment communities in Beltsville, MD. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in a leasing role and speak spanish/english fluently. Must be able to work full time, 8:30-5pm, M-F. Assignment runs May 15- July 1.

Responsibilities of the Experienced Leasing Agent

• Provides top notch customer service for prospective residents and current residents
• Leads tours of the community showing model and vacant apartment homes and showcasing amenities with the goal of closing a sale
• Contacts and tracks all internet leads, referrals and walk-ins
• Prepares and processes lease applications
• Collects rental payments from residents each month
• Assists with coordinating resident events and activities

Requirements of the Experienced Leasing Agent

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a leasing, property management or hospitality role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent follow up and follow through skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
