Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Ensure quality control at all construction sites.
• Manage crew hours, materials, and other resources required for each property.
• Hire and fire crews based on performance and project requirements.
• Provide feedback on hiring and firing of in-house construction managers.
• Maintain constructive communication with in-office construction management on material purchasing, crew management and compensation, and quality control.
• Travel to job sites on a daily basis to check on project progress. This responsibility requires out-of-area and out-of-state travel.
• Conduct weekly construction meetings, focusing on current and future goals.
• Approve and manage payments of weekly material lists and contractor salaries.
• Acquire, vet, and manage new construction crews across all operational states.
• Meet target list dates for all properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors including but not limited to Home Depot, Lowes, HD Supply, Floor and Decor.
• Complete EOR's for new acquisitions.
• Manage requests for repairs for homes in escrow.
• Supervise contractors viewing new acquisitions prior to purchasing.
• Submit photos for weekly draws.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar construction management role.
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Proficient in project management and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel.
