Local hearing care practice in Ludington is seeking a self-motivated person for a Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk position. This is a part-time position (M, W, Th, F). Duties will include appointment scheduling, managing out of office clinic dates, maintaining patient files, office work, verifying insurance coverage, and patient intake. This position is in a well-established, third generation family-owned hearing care office in the heart of Ludington, MI. Candidates must be able to communicate with insurance companies and medical offices, be proficient in computer skills, and be capable of multi-tasking. Previous experience in a medical office and/or experience with seniors is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits.
